Born in Tokyo, Takashi Sato is the Managing Director of Unipos Europe – the fastest growing HR real-time feedback & recognition software in Japan. Prior to this, Takashi was in charge of country expansions and business development at HelloFresh, and company-wide restructuring projects at Adidas within the Global Strategy team. He is passionate about sustainability and technology, and fascinated by the impact of company culture on business success.
