As Vice President of Global Human Resources for Agricultural Solutions at BASF, she oversees HR transformation across a dynamic, global business. Her previous leadership roles include Head of HR for Global Engineering Services and Head of Workforce Analytics, where she spearheaded data-driven decision-making, employee surveys, and sustainability initiatives. Silvia has played a pivotal role in developing global HR frameworks in compensation, performance, and total rewards. With a background in finance and academia, she brings analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and inclusive leadership to global talent development and organizational change.
