- Sarah Sandbrook has worked for Deutsche Telekom AG since 2009. Between February 2009 and September 2016 she was the HR Director for T-Systems Ltd and a member of the UK Board of Directors. During that period she oversaw the transformation of the HR function and the introduction of a number of key initiatives which contributed to significant business improvements and a double digit rise in employee engagement levels.
- In October 2016 she joined the DTAG HR Development Global Competence Centre as Head of Talent Consulting and Initiatives. In this role she leads a team of consultants working with the business areas to identify, enable and place Talents across the globe.
- Prior to joining DTAG she worked with a number of leading IT and Telecommunications organisations in key HR roles.
