Lucie is part of the global HR strategy and analytics department in ING, where she leads the global employee insights team and plays a key role in shaping the bank’s people strategy. Her work focuses on embedding data and evidence into strategic workforce decisions, ensuring that employee voice and experience are not only heard but drive meaningful change. Lucie partners closely with senior leadership to align people priorities with business outcomes, helping ING build a more human, data-informed organization.
