15 years of experience in HRIS from HRIS Consultant to my current position at VINCI Energies as HRIS Manager for the Group. In charge of global HRIS projects, representing the HR function in relationship with external vendors and our IT Department. Â Projects on digitalization of recruiting, talent management processes (performance management, compensation, training), payslips and employee files, employee global repository, and analytics.
Prior to this, I worked for another CAC 40 company on similar topics, including change management, compensation processes. I started my career on the implementation of HRIS projects more on the IT side, including payroll projects. Graduated from Neoma Business School (Reims, France)
