Driven by an HR holistic approach, conceptualizing the employee experience thanks to the design thinking and value analysis, designing approaches of communication that provide an employee voice, reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience; building a culture of trust by breaking HR codes with disruptive approaches and bringing values to life. Eliana Spielmann is also an HR digital enthusiast and co-organizer of the Swiss Digital HR Award (“Prix RH Numérique Suisse”). The Association's mission is to promote companies that make digital transformation a real strategic lever.
