With my company TRANSFORMATION PARTNERS I advise companies and institutions on transforming People & Culture in a digitized world - diversity and inclusion issues have always been part of the approaches. A frontrunner in New Work and agile approaches myself I have been living a hybrid work model to comprehend which (tangible) concepts really work and have an impact.

My professional career started in the multinational corporate world, working with Siemens on innovation targets and on transformation goals, in HQ and in Shanghai; later immersed deeply into the automotive, logistics and finance sector. During this time, I learned how to manage and lead from the scratch.

Today, in addition to organizational transformations and executive advisory, I support female entrepreneurs as an investor and mentor (within great networks) and I am part of the Advisory Board of two highly scaled start-ups in #BerlinValley.
Besides, I regularly publish for business magazines, such as the Handelsblatt, on business psychology, diversity and New Work. With full interest (and joy) I talk to public figures about “How to Shape the Future” at the Business Podcast “Transformation Universe” and publish my experiences in the field of transformation and organizational learning in my books and articles.
