Aneline Wright is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with PMP (Project Management Professional) and Leadership Coaching qualifications. Her 28-year career involves being the head of HR for the Technology division of one of the top four Banks in South Africa and she participates on the Information and Communications Technology Board (Absa). She managed the HR shared services division for a global mining and infrastructure organization (Epiroc), was a non-executive Board Member (Legal Aid SA), Workforce Experience and HR Transformation Lead (Accenture), Senior HR Shared Services Business Manager (Anglo American); HR Executive (Old Mutual) and Leadership Development Coach (RBA). Her business, technology and HR experience present dynamic skills that are fit for the new world of work.

She is a thought leader and program manager of many national and global projects, some of which have been a first of its kind. She has facilitated many interventions with colleagues and clients in Brazil, Australia, the USA, Canada, Europe and Africa.
