In 1998 I applied to the Medical School but I failed it (however I was admitted in Psychology on that year).
In 2003 I got my degree in Clinical Psychology and I felt that I was ready to save the world!
Soon I realized that my main motivation, my "the one thing" was to help others develop themselves and at the same time I was (and I still) so enthusiastic for understanding about leadership process, motivation at work, happiness at work, how attachment theory can explain some behaviors and so forth.
In 2008 I started my path as a Human Resources professional. It was a natural step.
At that time I found out my professional purpose: It´s all about people! Medicine, Psychology, HR - It is all about people!
What really drive me in my life is the dream of changing the world! Not the world as a whole, but by touching others in a way that they can be happy and achieve success in their lives.
If we may contribute for the professional development of others we are for sure changing the world where we live in.
