As Chief Operating Officer at AmaliTech, Christian drives the organization’s mission to connect global businesses with top talent from Ghana and Rwanda. He oversees AmaliTech’s delivery of software solutions to clients ranging from global enterprises to startups, and is building AmaliTech’s IT consulting offering, blending senior IT strategists with cost-efficient offshore execution capability. He also oversees AmaliTech’s Training Academy, with a track record of bringing over 3,000 top university graduates across Ghana and Rwanda up to leading international standard in partnership with organisations like AWS and GIZ.

Christian career spans roles as strategy consultant at BCG in London, and as an advisor at the World Bank Group in Senegal, focusing on private sector development. He started his career in IT by co-founding and leading a web development company at age 18 while still in high school. He holds an MPA from Harvard University and an MPhil in Economics along with a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
